According to the test results, it can judge whether the FPC line is working normally. Because the width of the keyboard interface is narrow, it is necessary to correct the translation many times during the process of visual correction and translation.

In terms of printing, traditional manual control of printing quality requires skilled workers and multi-layer printing is difficult to align. The automatic correction platform based on machine vision technology is used to recognize the reference points on the FPC flexible circuit board by multiple cameras and control the mobile printing platform of multi axis motor. The multi-layer material is fully aligned and the printing precision can be significantly increased by 4-5 times.
3. defect detection
Due to the different characteristics and standards of enterprises, there are many specific targets for defect detection, such as common break detection, short circuit detection, too thin line or suction nozzle detection. This kind of detection is large in general and needs to be detected one by one. The system platform often uses multi cameras to collect and detect. If the early defects are not fully detected, the whole FPC flexible circuit board will be scrapped and the cost of raw materials will be very high.

Punching is a necessary link and can be used for subsequent printing, film placement and alignment. The traditional punching is done manually. The professional punching machine can be accurately positioned through multiple cameras and controlled by motor to realize parallel feeding, parallel detection, multi material translation correction and stamping. Generally, an FPC flexible circuit board can be punched on an average of every 3-4 seconds, and the system efficiency is 3-5 times higher than that in the past. It can completely replace manual punching.

Placement machine is one of the commonly used devices in electronic manufacturing. The hardware and software design of the hardware and software is very complex, and a large number of automatic visual inspection technologies are applied inside. Placement machine generally includes 2 processes, dispensing and patch. Dispensing is mainly through the machine vision equipment to detect the location of MARK points, and take this as reference to locate the dispensing point, dispensing through pinholes, including conductive adhesive and viscose. The patch is pasted with LED lights at the dispensing point, including single and double lights.
