If the early defects are not fully detected, the whole FPC flexible circuit board will be scrapped and the cost of raw materials will be very high.

It can completely replace manual punching.

Placement machine generally includes 2 processes, dispensing and patch. Dispensing is mainly through the machine vision equipment to detect the location of MARK points, and take this as reference to locate the dispensing point, dispensing through pinholes, including conductive adhesive and viscose. The patch is pasted with LED lights at the dispensing point, including single and double lights.
