3. Reflow soldering
There is a heating circuit inside the reflow welding to heat the air or nitrogen to a high enough temperature to blow the circuit board that has been attached to the component, so that the solder on both sides of the element is thawing with the main board. The advantage of this technology is that the temperature is easy to control, the oxidation process can be avoided during the welding process, and the manufacturing cost is easier to control.

The full name of AOI (Automatic Optic Inspection) is automatic optical detection, which is based on optical principle to detect common defects encountered in welding production. AOI is a new rising test technology, but it is developing rapidly. Many manufacturers have launched AOI test equipment. When automatic detection, the machine automatically scanned PCB and collected images through the camera. The welding spot of the test was compared with the qualified parameters in the database. After the image processing, the defects were checked out on the PCB, and the defects were displayed and labeled through the display or automatic sign for the maintenance of the maintenance personnel.

6. Wave soldering
The wave soldering is to make the welding surface of the plug-in plate directly contact with the high temperature liquid tin to achieve the welding purpose. ICT Test is mainly a test probe that touches PCB layout to detect the open circuit, short circuit and all parts welding of PCBA.
10. FCT test tool
FCT (functional test) refers to a test method that provides a simulated operating environment (incentive and load) to the test target board (UUT:Unit Under Test) to work in various design states to obtain the parameters of each state to verify the function or bad of the UUT. To put it simply, it is loading the appropriate excitation on the UUT and measuring whether the output response meets the requirements.
11. Aging test rack
The aging test rack can test the PCBA board in batches, and test the problematic PCBA boards by simulating the user's operation for a long time.
